Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 100(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 2. Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Davidson objected and withdrew the objection. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 3 was offered by Representative Phillips. Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the following letter of intent by Representative Davies be adopted: 1993-04-27 House Journal Page 1631 SB 100 Letter of Intent for HCS CSSB 100(FIN) am H "It is the intent of the House of Representative that $300,000 within the monies allocated for deferred maintenance for the University of Alaska, Fairbanks be used to complete the installation of telephones in dormitories and other areas of importance for the safety of the students and staff of the university."
